For many years, the Kearney Dawn Rotary Club has awarded annual scholarships to graduating seniors who plan to pursue higher education at a community college, technical school, or university in Nebraska.
To broaden access and ensure greater opportunity, the Kearney Dawn Rotary Club now makes these scholarships available to eligible students graduating from any Buffalo County high school, as well as home-schooled students graduating in 2026, provided they will attend an accredited post-secondary institution in Nebraska.
In 2026, the Kearney Dawn Rotary Club will award four (4) scholarships of $1,000 each to qualifying students who meet these criteria.
