Kearney Dawn Rotarians and guests were welcomed at the Hanny Arram Center for Success for an informative, inspirational presentation by Principal Jason Owens on Oct. 25th.
For most of us this was an introduction to this “Non-Traditional” School and the programs offered. A special “THANK YOU” to Jason Owens for his passion and dedication to his “kids”. We learned about special opportunities that Kearney Dawn Rotary can partner with and is excited about opportunities with the Hanny Arram Center for Success.
The Hanny Arram Center for Success focuses on improving educational opportunities with specific targeted support for KPS students in grades 6-12. The Center offers a variety of flexible alternative educational programs, therapeutic support, support for suspended students, and a 6-12 virtual academy. Over time, the KPS will bring school and community resources together in this facility for the support of students and families both in Kearney and across central Nebraska.
