Give Where You Live

We’re counting down to December 1 for Local Giving, Give Where You Live!.  Kearney Dawn Rotarians actively support basic education and literacy.

Each year, since 2005, the Kearney Dawn Rotary Dictionary Project provides a dictionary to EVERY third-grade student in Buffalo County.

Dictionaries are presented at school by Kearney Dawn members. Students each receive their own dictionary. Teachers incorporate dictionaries into the daily curriculum, becoming a valuable teaching tool to strengthen every student’s English language skills.
